Photos for engagements, anniversaries, and marriage proposals
When you ask someone to marry you and they say yes, it's the start of your own family story. Our Montréal, Québec, Canada engagement sessions stop at a few beautiful spots and end up on the old port of Montréal. In fact, your session can take place anywhere in the world! Everything is possible.
Your schedule is made based on where you want to go, and if you need ideas, we're happy to help. If you like something different, like hockey, fine dinning, beach, outdoor, atv we're always happy to include it.
We like to take engagement photos on Montréal Old Port about an hour before sunset, when the light is most flattering. The best days are always Monday through Thursday, since most weddings and other events happen on weekends from mid-April to mid-October.
Sessions include one hour of photography, digital print files, and the ability to order photos online. The pictures can be used for your wedding website, save-the-date cards, holiday cards, newspaper announcements, and/or canvas gallery wraps to hang at your reception.
What is an engagement session?
You and your significant other pose for pictures with a professional photographer during an engagement session. An engagement is a picture session of a couple who will soon be married (also known as a pre-wedding session or e-session). To gather pictures for their Save the Date cards or to use on their wedding websites, some individuals want to book an engagement session. The pictures are also used by the couples to enlarge and frame them for the wedding reception venue.

Before the big event, engagement sessions are a terrific opportunity to feel comfortable in front of the camera while getting to know one another.
